Mastery of these new modalities of intervention will require a minimum formal training an a maximum "hands on" immediate practice on real projects. According to his/her personal preferences, the trainer will dedicate him/herself to any of these new activities / services:

- e-learning or blended learning project management

- design of e-learning or blended learning programs

- e-tutoring: distant animation of e-learning programs

- publishing and delivery of e-learning resources (with or without e-tutoring)
