In Bezug auf Bildung und Ausbildung würde meine Position lauten: Nicht, bevor man gelernt hat, seine menschliche Intelligenz zu nutzen.

Im Bereich der Ausbildung und des Lernens sehe ich jedoch eine Rolle als « Learning Coach » oder « Digital Tutor », um die Lernwege und das Feedback in Massenveranstaltungen (MOOCs) zu individualisieren.
